Description

Management is all about getting things done, but also managing employees to achieve goals. Management and Leadership require a structured and clear strategy for managing performance, where employees are clear of what is expected of them and clear parameters are in place.

Therefore, managing performance can be one of the single most important things for a manager to get right. This requires a goal-focused, common-sense approach to working with employees that ensures they are motivated and focused on success.
